Born in Ha Giang mountains, navigating every pass with lived heritage, deep village ties, and steady driving.
Tay & local guides sharing lived heritage
Safe pillion riding or licensed self-riding
Remote family-run stilt homestays
Direct fair income to ethnic minority homes
Be Home Tour was founded by Thảo, a native Tay ethnic woman born and raised amidst the mountains of Ha Giang. As a true daughter of this land, she leads a team of 100% local drivers and guides who share deep roots, lived heritage, and intimate knowledge of the region’s communities.
Unlike commercial agencies that bring outside city guides unfamiliar with highland culture, every member of our team was born in these mountains. We speak the local dialects, share meals with village elders, and know how the weather shifts on every pass.
Thảo and her family welcome you not as transactional tourists, but as valued guests in their home stilt house. Experience authentic highland customs without staged folklore shows.
Every driver on our team has spent a lifetime on these winding karst roads. They understand mountain weather, ride with gentle defensive technique, and ensure you feel relaxed and safe every kilometer.
Because of deep regional kinship with Tay, Hmong, and Dao households, our travelers are invited into real kitchen hearths, quiet tea harvests, and intimate evening meals high near the border.
Watch authentic reel footage from the road and read why conscious travelers choose Be Home Tour for small-group intimacy, skilled local driving, and deep community respect.
No staged tour scripts or roaring commercial convoys. See raw, unfiltered footage of winding limestone passes, emerald rivers, warm Tay family homestay dinners, and the friendly native drivers who guide you home.
“Travelling with Thảo’s team completely redefined Ha Giang for us. Instead of being trapped in a roaring 30-bike party tour convoy, we stopped at quiet Tay stilt houses, had home-cooked dinners with host families, and our local driver navigated every cliff curve with incredible care.”
“I chose the Easy Rider option because mountain passes can be intimidating. My driver, a native Tay local named Dũng, made me feel 100% safe. He showed me secret photo spots at Ma Pi Leng with zero other tourists around. It felt like traveling with a close local friend.”
“The homestay in Du Gia was the highlight of our Vietnam trip. Sleeping in the wooden stilt house, hearing the mountain stream at night, and tasting farm-to-table pork and mountain greens prepared with love by the family. Community tourism done with true integrity.”
We craft authentic, small-group and private Ha Giang Loop motorbike/car journeys available as both Easy Rider and self-driving experiences. Beyond navigating dramatic mountain passes, our itineraries take travelers off the beaten path into traditional ethnic villages, remote family-run homestays, and quiet hiking trails.
Ride behind an experienced native driver. Relax with complete peace of mind on steep cliff passes, take photos and videos hands-free, and hear personal stories about each mountain peak from your local host.
Feel the rhythm of the mountain asphalt yourself. We provide rigorously inspected semi-automatic motorbikes (Honda Blade/Wave 110cc), mechanical support, and a local lead rider keeping safe pace.
Travel through dramatic landscapes with panoramic air-conditioned comfort. Ideal for families, mature adventurers, or rainy weather, while still reaching remote homestays and quiet walking trails.
Most tours simply ride from dawn till dusk. We slow down so you can connect with the land and its people.
Visit quiet Tay stilt houses, Hmong clay-walled compounds, and Red Dao herbal bath communities without commercial tourist crowds.
Stay with welcoming local families. Enjoy clean private bedding, hot showers, and home-cooked family feasts by the wood hearth.
Gentle 1-to-3 hour footpaths through bamboo groves, corn terraces, and secluded cliff outlooks inaccessible by vehicles.
Farm-fresh pork, organic wild mountain greens, bamboo shoots, hand-pounded sticky rice, and friendly corn wine toasts.
Our routes span the breathtaking karst landscapes of Ha Giang—from iconic viewpoints like the Ma Pi Leng Pass, Quan Ba Heaven Gate, and Bac Sum Pass to secluded Tay and Hmong settlements nestled high near the northern border.
Traversing the legendary cliffside road carved into sheer limestone walls. Marvel down at the turquoise emerald Nho Que River winding 800 meters below through Southeast Asia’s deepest tectonic canyon.
Rising through morning mountain mists, Quan Ba Heaven Gate reveals the panoramic valley of Tam Son and the symmetrical Fairy Twin Mountains—an iconic natural wonder of northern folklore.
Bac Sum Pass and Tham Ma’s iconic 9-turn switchbacks weave gracefully like a silk ribbon wrapped around limestone towers, welcoming travelers into Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Geopark.
Hidden Tay stilt communities in the lush valley of Du Gia, historic Hmong stone compounds in Lung Cu northernmost tip, and quiet century-old adobe walled hamlets in Sung La and Pho Bang.
